Damac hosted Al-Nassr in the ongoing Saudi Pro League 2024-25 and gained a quick 1-0 lead thanks to Ramzi Solan's early goal, but squandered the lead and ended up losing the contest 2-3. Al-Nassr managed to level the score 1-1 thanks to Aymeric Laporte's goal, which took the game tied 1-1 into the second half, which witnessed as many as three goals. Ali Alhassan gave Al-Nassr the lead in the 70th minute, but it was nullified by Nicolae Stanciu in the 73rd minute from the host's side.
